Soil Physical Characteristics and Saturated Hydraulic Conductivity in the Landform of Barito Delta, Kalimantan, Indonesia

We explore the soil physical characteristics in wetland of Barito Delta from primary data sample and electrical resistivity measurement with support some secondary data. also estimate saturated hydraulic conductivity (Ks) applying Saxton Rawls (1986) Weynants et al. (2009). Soil texture profile is determined interpolation fraction each layer Bayesian statistics to analyze landforms Delta. Clay dominant percentage decrease along depth as it reaches fine sand particles deriving ancient sedimentation past. It an opposite organic matter content that has contrast value 1st 2nd depth, but a few discrepancy 3rd downward direction. The clay depends on activity landform. particle Delta; case, flat area there no intensive sea water such Basin Peat Anticline Natural Levee. In more than 2 m soil, loamy silty textures are mostly landform influenced by activity, while river loam. Ks values close previous studies. generally small ranging 1.10−7 s−1. larger following profile. smaller Levee Tidal Flat Beach Ridge. because both have particles.
